lucid

I had a dream before I became lucid where I'm in the basement of my house in some strange room I've never seen. I know it's my bedroom, but it had logs surrounding it around the ceiling. One wall had lights shining up it for decor, and I realized you can change the colors and images on it. I eventually started changing the images when I got to this snowy level that turned into Mario Party. I found a hidden trail which led me straight the a star. (I was playing Mario Party with my friends in real life before I went to bed). I left that screen and went to a half torn-down wall with murals of some random friends of mine. They came up next to me and saw that it was turning colors and deforming when they said we should tear it down. I didn't want them to because I really liked the way it looked. I looked through a hole in it and saw what looked like the old Aperture Science test chambers in Portal 2. I climbed through the hole and made my way through a bunch of rusty pipes until I was eventually in the gym of my Church. The dream started fading away at this point.

I think I woke up at this moment, but when right back to bed. I remember a little segment of a dream where I was walking through a forest where I was for sure that Transformers 3 was shot there. Looking back on it, it looked nothing close to what the movie looked like.

That dream eventually moved me to my swimming pool. A bunch of my brother's and I friends were swimming with us and the filter was pumping out water at ridiculous speeds. We started swimming against it and tried making it one of those infinity pools, but it was too powerful and pushed us back. It was also a lot warmer than the water and air around us, and felt extremely good. I went underwater and became lucid because of seeing everything clearly without goggles. I didn't do a reality check because I knew it was a dream strictly on how weird it was. I rubbed my hands together to make things clearer and saw my brother underwater swimming around me. When everything was clear, I looked around and saw that the pool was getting blurry. I started spinning to keep the dream going and went above water to see what it was like. Somehow I ended up next to one of my guy friends who was holding on to a girl friend and I ran over to hold on her too. We got pushed underwater by the filter and I held onto her as long as I could as we sank the the bottom of our now bottomless swimming pools. I could feel I was running out of air, so I tried swimming back up. I was at least 50 feet from the top and worried until I realized I could breath underwater. On the way up, my brother swam by again wearing Ray Ban glasses that are extremely deformed. I go above water and see my sister's ex-boyfriend. I ask him for a bowl. (A few dreams ago, I found out I could get "high" in my dreams. And I don't smoke in real life anymore but I loved the feeling). So he hands me a plastic cup with my old blue bowl in it. I do my thing when I see my neighbor walk over and ask my sister's ex what he has in his "shoelace box". He walks into my garage when I punch him in the face for some reason. He gets pretty pissed so he pulls out one of his guns, which is actually a nerf gun with a cap in the front. He shoots to the right of me to try to scare me, but it's just a little pop and I start laughing. I call him a fake and the dream starts fading away. I try to spin to keep it going, and I start to see a scene where I'm playing bass in some concert. It doesn't fully appear and I eventually wake up.

I haven't been trying to get lucids for a while, but this might jump me back into it.
