Last night I dreamed that I was in some kind of police patrol and we went inside a huge building. I can't remember a big part but I can remember after some time, when I was alone, I went outside this building (looked kinda like a abandoned hospital). I went outside and found a park with some guy smoking pot, I told him that police would arrest him if they found him. So I went for a walk with this guy, really calm. At some point a few pretty girls appear and this guy gives them the joint. Big part I can remember and then I am at home with my brother, he is about to steal my weed but i stop him and wake up... Horrible recall, also im starting to think im reeaaaaally a pothead.

Nap dream: Again I'm with my brother, he is wearing my shirt and get angry about this, he goes to play some games in his PC and then i start to imagine the game. It was something about a huge disaster created by a huge international corporation and a guy who is going to "fix it". This guy is the protagonist of the game and he starts saying that this corporation is not interested in fixing the problem but instead is interested in killing the witnesses and basically destroying the whole place. It made me remember to half life, but the main character was the bad guy. After this short dream I had sleep paralysis. Or maybe I dreamed that I had it, I couldn't move at all and woke up in the same position I dreamed.

Ok, yesterday I went to bed like 1.30 and woke up 2.30. After this I dreamed that I was with my mom in my home from Spain (I lived there 8 years and moved to Argentina 4 years ago). I was eating some kind of hybrid between a pineapple and a tomato... weird. Next thing I remember is a FA. I "woke up" in my bed and a kid told me to play football with a couple of friends of him. I told him that I suck at kicking balls, but still I would play. So he took a ball and we went to a field with hundreds of persons playing ball. It wasn't a football game, they just kicked the ball over and over again, it was funny. Then I told another kid that I'm hot (It's summer where I live) so I took off a sweater and left it somewhere far from they were playing. The kid stayed with me and I realized his sweater was totally dirty. I think this is when I realized I was dreaming. I kept playing "football" with the other kids, but this time I was flying. I can't remember what happened next, but I remember I tried a stabilization technique about spinning. After a few spins I woke up, kinda dizzy, I won't try this again

I remember being in a school. Not the school were I studied, another one I don't know, I wanted to go to the bathroom in the dream but I only could find the girls bathroom. So I went a couple of times to check if there was anyone in there, after a few tries I go. I take a quick piss and 2 girls come to the bathroom, they try to hit on me but I refuse. They insist and then I GTFO, when i do this I find the bath totally full of womens and a male friend. Luckily I only peed in the dream, not IRL lol. Then I walked through some halls and go to the schoolyard and I see a school party with food, music and that stuff, in this moment I ask myself "Where the f*ck am I?" but instead of doing a RC I justified it, I thought I was in some kinda party far away from home. Such a shame I didn't realize I was dreaming. Someone gave me some food, looked delicious and then I woke up.

Before going to take a nap I saw this movie called True Grit (the 2010 version). It is a western movie, good one. The first thing I can recall from the dream is that I had something like a branch in my hands and I threw it to a group of persons. They were "the bad guys" and everything looked pretty much like a western movie, in fact I think some of them were wearing hats. So I throw this branch and hit one of them, climbed a little hill and knock out another one of them, then I see 3 more "bad guys" hiding in what looks like the roof of a building near me. I go there hiding from this 3 guys, I kick one of them and throw him down, then I see a shadow of someone pointing at me with a revolver, I quickly see the other bad guy pointing at me and jump from this "building". I jump and dove into a river. I already knew that I was dreaming, but i did some kind of a RC, i could breath under water (didn't pinch my nose). I start following the river and ended up in something that looked like a sunken ship, all made of rusty metal. It was really vivid, very realistic. I felt a lot my touch and other senses

I dreamed this yesterday. At first it was really hard to sleep, but later in the morning i had a few dreams, I can remember 2 or 3
Dream 1: I was in my bed and in the space between my bed and the wall there was a koi koi fish swimming. Of course there was water but I guess I just couldn't feel it. It was really funny to be with this fish, but it had no space to swim so I thought about placing it in a bigger place. I thought about the bathroom, I didn't realize I was dreaming (I think I've never had such an obvious dream sign)

Dream 2: I was with my best friend from childhood, I met him when I was 6 and had to say goodbye at 14. I usually dream about him (Another CLEAR dream sign). I was in his house, which I remember almost perfectly. We went to his room and their parents were sleeping there (weird, DS again). My friend took some weed from under the mattress, when he did this I saw his parents moving a little, so I thought they were going to wake up quickly. We went to the living room then and he started rolling a joint, suddenly I see his mother and I tell him, he nervously tries to finish the joint but couldn't, then I grab it, hide it a little and go to the bathroom to roll in peace. Then I saw the paper my friend was using, it was a glossy black paper (the worst thing you can use to roll a joint, again DS). But I didn't care, I kept rolling, finished and lighted it in the bathroom. I knew my friend was at the other side of the door, then my friend's dad came and started telling my friend something about the smell and telling him to give him the joint, at that moment I was in the bathroom doing the second one.

Dream 3: This one is just weird. My mom woke me up to tell me to call my grandma because some stuff is going on at his place (IRL of course). So I dreamed that I was at my grandma's house and told my grandpa to give me the phone, he does and then I call to the same house I am (I realize about this, but again I can't realize it is a CLEAR DS). Then we have a little conversation. It was really weird because suddenly I started talking to other people, not my grandma/pa, and at some point I could see and read the conversation like if we were chatting by internet instead of talking by the phone (AGAIN DS)

Last night I had a lot of non lucid dreams, but I can't recall a lot of them, I remember being at some small Alien spaceship. I was trying to reach earth again, and A LOt of aliens were near the moon. My spaceship was kinda like a floater (you know, one of those pool toys for the kids). When I reached earth I started fighting the aliens and then woke up, that was weird.
Damn... I think I forgot the other one... I'll try to remember and edit this post later

Once again, I was sleepy at 15.00 so i took a nap and set my alarm for one hour later, it is hard for me to sleep but after 30 min (im guessing) I loose consciousness. No dreams yet. The alarm wakes me up, i turn it off being totally sleepy (I almost cant remember this) and continue sleeping. After a few minutes I wonder if I can move, I try to move my arm and let it fall to the couch. I feel how it hits but it feels weird. Then I start imagining me running or jumping and then crawling. Suddenly I feel semi dry grass in my hands and after a few seconds I start seeing it, it is very blurry although, it isnt a vivid dream, then I just woke up. A friend of mine called me at my phone to hang out.

First I remember being watching something at my Laptop, maybe a movie, and my dad showed up from behind and I was kinda ashamed, i don't know why. After this little segment I can't recall anything for some time. Next thing i have in my mind is being walking in a rute and find a friend who I know IRL. He tells me he is going to a party and tells me something about 50 bucks, I follow him to a bus stop. He starts telling me that he is going to a huge party, he tells me he pretends to take some LSD. Then he tries to explain me which bus should we take (to explain me this he says something about ned flanders, and somehow I understand that we have to take the bus with the 115 number). Suddenly we see a "movile bus stop", this is stupid, i know. I see a bunch of people waiting for a bus in a bus stop, but the bus stop is charged somehow in a truck. So we go there to wait the bus and I close my eyes and start thinking about reaching the party, of course i didn't want to wait the freacking bus. I start concentrating about time travel with my eyes closed and when I open my eyes I'm suddenly in a room with 2 beds, my friend next to me and 2 smoking hot girls. I see a hallucination, some weird colors that doesn't make any sense. Inmediately I think about LSD and tell my friend that I can't remember consuming the drug, so he tells me to look at my eyes at the mirror, so I do, I see my pupil and it is gigantic, I'm tripping hard on acid. Then I look at one of the girls, she is blonde and really skinny. She is totally naked and squirting... a lot... obviusly my libid goes up as hell and then I wake up. The thing is I can't remember how I got lucid, but I had the posibility to time travel so I guess at some point I realized it was a dream. i wasn't even surprised that i time travelled.
(Im not sure, but maybe time travel is a TOTM?)

Yesterday I went to a club with a friend and I arrived home like 5.00 AM, kinda drunk. I went directly to bed. I woke up lik 13.00. Can't remember any dream (perhaps because alcohol). I took a nap at 14.30 but I found it really hard to sleep. I think i lost consciousness around 15.00, woke up a little later and tried to not move at all. I felt my body really tired and tried to move, but it felt weird at first. I felt the movement of my hand but after a few seconds realized my hand didn't move at all. I inmediately thought about SP, but I wasn't scared about it, not at all, I had a few experiences about SP already. So I started trying to visualize something. And I appeared at the subway with my brother and a stranger. I started running and doing some random stuff and after a while I tried to do something with my hands in the dream (can't remember exactly) and felt like my hands were glued, I could not separate them, didn't care about it, started flying and imagining some classical music and quickly woke up and realized I had my fingers crossed. It was really cool, I controlled everything, even when I wanted to woke up. Weirdest thing is that the dream was extremely short, it lasted like 10 minutes. Because I wanted, I had to wake up like 16.00 to do some stuff and I did.

Yesterday I went to sleep like 3.30 I think and programmed an alarm for like 7.30. I wanted to try a theory, when I woke up I was already dreaming, but I can't remember much, It was all kinda foggy and in sepia colors. I remember seeing my grandpa doing exercises. I woke up and kept sleeping. Late in the morning I woke up naturally several times, but I can't remember those dreams, only the last one. I was with a bunch of friends (and not so friends) from my school, I haven't seen most of them in a year or maybe more. This was a dream sign, but I didn't catch it. I remember someone was cooking. A LOT, I mean there was maybe 15 or 20 different dishes,all different. Then I felt something in my throat and couldn't swallow, I start coughing and then woke up. I was sleeping on my belly and had a lot of saliva in my pillow... Too bad I can't LD lately

In waking life I asked to my father why always Ringo was the most underestimated musician in the band (I know the answer) and like 5 hours later I went to sleep, that night I dreamed that I was in a small wooden cottage and Paul was listening to music and Lennon was playing guitar right next to him. I go over there and Lennon says hi to me, I salute to paul and lennon and we start talking about something, then paul started rolling a joint and a black bassist player with afro hairstyle appears... they start jamming and I tell them that I have a recurrent dream with them. This is false btw but in the dream I had that feeling that I've been there before... maybe i can't remember them.
After this I think I lost every lucidity I had. I remember someone got out of this little house and everything got mad and random, I saw everything in 3rd person and also in 2D. I saw an old woman in the snow and the entry to the cottage got blocked by a wall of ice, but Iron man destroyed the wall.. everything is just confusing now. I appear somewhere else, some kind of dungeon, in a big hall made of stones and there is someone who calls me Dylan (not my name, but then I remembered Stan from American Dad) I woke up happy about the dream involving the Beatles, but don't like the rest of the dream. Maybe I can't remember some parts. First I was telling Paul, Lennon and this big black bass player that i've been dreaming lately about them and suddenly I remember that lady coming out of the house... something is missing, maybe a LD...

First thing I remember is being with my 2 best friends (they exist IRL). We were going to a park. I remember us walking down the street trying to find some cool place in this park. Suddenly both of my friends disappeared and I was in a basement with the tiger. This looked pretty much like a mission from a game like GTA but pretty realistic. The tiger was really small, it looked more like a big savage cat but really cool and friendly. The owner of the tiger was in the house and I needed to be careful. It was a weird house, the architecture had no sense at all, the basement was below some stairs and was really tiny. At some point the owner (was a skinny blond girl) started going up these stairs and calling her tiger, so I "communicate" with the tiger and make him meow, she relaxes and keeps going upstairs, she didn't see me. So I keep going with my mission, I open a sliding door (or window maybe, it was kinda small) and let the tiger out of the house. Suddenly 2 dogs start barking at me and the tiger. I try to tell my tiger to kill one of the dogs but instead they started to play friendly. The girl came out of the house with some kind of rifle, she realized I stole her "kittie" and started chasing me and shooting me. My tiger and I started running faster than I ever did. My tiger was much faster than me so I lost him. Those two dogs also were chasing me. I remember my keys fell from my pocket and my friendly tiger gave it to me with his hands, and then I started looking to my keys specting to find a flare gun (weird, i know) but it didn't work. So there was I being chased by a crazy woman with a freacking rifle and 2 dogs (whom i think they both transmuted into humans). One of the human-dogs got hit by a car, then i realized the girl was also owner of the dogs. Basically I realized i stole her tiger and tried to kill one of her dogs with her own tiger. The persecution stopped and i walk to the girl and her looked at her human-dogs, she fell on the floor and almost unconscious she started crying, i felt a little bad but then I woke up and thought it was a really cool dream after all I made a tiger-friendd. I hope I see him again in my dreams

I went to bed like 2.30 or 3 AM and woke up like 9 AM so I tried to practice WILD, I had some big expectations. I started dreaming about some "dream doctor". I was in some kind of small hospital giving a note to my "doctor". I didn't read the note but I knew it said something about my dreams, how many hours i've been sleeping, if it was NREM or REM, etc.. The thing is this doc mentioned something about lucid dreaming and that was when i tried to control the dream. Guess what happened then...

My mom woke me up. I felt kinda disappointed, but anyway, i stayed in bed trying to sleep again... i didnt even thought about it but I should have tried to dream with this doc again, instead i had some weird non lucid dream. I was in my school with a couple of good friends and some kids from this school i haven't seen IRL in more than a year. Anyway, some kid hits another with a table tennis racket in his teeth, and 2 teachers take the first kid and put him in some kind of small glass cage. I start freaking out and say that is illegal and unethical, then something weirder happened. The kid started transforming into a baby crying and the cage became fishbowl and the teachers were there looking at the baby almost drowning. I start to freak out even more and after it i just leave the school and woke up.

Yesterday I started reading about dream yoga and tried basic skill #1 (http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-yoga...esson-1-a.html) all day, later that night went to bed kinda late, like 3.00 AM and woke up 9.50 and later at 10.45.

First I dreamed that i was in a pool (again) but this was really calm, I was there with my brother and my cousins, I remember i told them about a something that happened to a kid I know IRL. When he was 4 he shat himself in a public pool. I remember my cousins laughing. After a few seconds water started desappearing, I started looking and touching a column mad of stone and thought that i knew i was dreaming (that night I was thinking about looking at my hands when I achieve lucidity, but i didnt do it in the dream). For some reason i felt like the dream was not formed, i dont know how to explain it, i wouldn't say it was a LD. Then I remember a couch in front of a TV with someone watching, i dont know who. He changed channels with his phone, weird. Then I saw my brother again, he was talking about some project he had and my grandpa was telling him that he wants to support this project. My grandpa said something like he had some money and he wanted to buy a house for us or something like that, I started thinking that he knew he was going to die soon. than i Woke up

Later at 7 PM I went to sleep while my brother started playing League of Legends in the other room. I dreamed that I played a character of the game that looked pretty much like Haunter (a pokemon that looks like a ghost). Anyway the funny thing is I hate that game, it is boring to me, but still i was there fighting other champions, in fact i remember feeling i was pressing the keys of my keyboard. I didn't remembered this dream until one hour or two after i woke up.

I was in a pool with no limits. The biggest pool i've ever seen or dreamt of. There was this beautiful blonde girl swimming. I tried to get near but the flow always kept me away. Suddenly all the water dissapeared and there she was, looking at me. I walk to her. I'm going to kiss her, Im almost touching her lips, she then touched my forehead with his middle finger and said "3,2,1 TOTAL COLLAPSE". I fell with my back on the ground slowly... I realice there is no gravity and I woke up...
