    1st Dream

    Don't recall much but I remember seeing Dawn in a room. Than going to a place where I saw anime characters. There was a guy wearing a kimono with light blue hair and I told him to fight me. He agreed to fight but than I tried using charm to defeat him and I won the battle. Than....something else happened that I completely forgot about. I'll write it down if I remember later on.


    Second dream


    I was upstairs with my cousin and decided to go downstairs to see what I could find in my younger brother's room. Sadly, my other cousin and brother was there playing video games. I was hoping for another dream character so I left the room. When out of no where a walking zombie hand came down the stairs. I felt like fighting with it but out of no where a guy came and started biting on my neck. I pushed him back and ran to the room where the zombie hand was to see what moves I could try on it. To my surprise though the angle of the dream changed and the hand appeared to be bigger and higher above me. I left the room after that and the dream changed.     I was now in a video game with my brothers shooting teddy bears. Felt exactly like "Conquer's bad fur day." I didn't want to play a game so violent though so I quit. The next thing I know I ended up in a park feeding angry bloody puppys who were tearing up the meat I gave them. However, three of them bit me so I told my dad. But he wasn't really my dad and I was now a little boy or pre teen. The man shouted at me to be a man and hit me after i told him. So I shouted back at him and he hit me with a broom stick. I ran after that and said I was going to tell mom when suddenly I noticed a cool liquid falling from my head. The dad shot some febreeze at me after that and made fun of me.The scene changed after that and I was running in a house from the abusive man. As I ran i told another man who i felt was my father to protect me.But as the other fired a missile they looked like they were being entertained by my fears. When I saw that the chase ended I sat down in a chair and a boy sat on my lap. I felt like he was my BF so i hugged him but than said I was going to break up with him cause I feel like there's something missing. The sister got mad at me but I left her to her madness so i could catch the bus to the other country. When i got out my mom and grandma were sitting in a park and talking about stuff so i joined them before i left than woke up.

      If I were you I would break this up so that it's not one big paragraph. Makes it easier to follow. Also, put your color code in the sidebar or in your DJ description. (Blue=lucid? I can't remember...)

      But in the end it's your DJ and you can do whatever you want.

      I tried using the indent before but it never worked for me and I don't know how to put the color code. ^^"

      For getting a new paragraph, indent is not going to work. For some reason even if you enter a whole bunch of spaces it will only display one space. I don't know why this is, probably has something to do with the HTML. Press 'enter' once or twice to make a blank line.

      In a perfect world, Everyone's DJ would look like Krista's where she spaces things out. (In fact, I was considering switching my writing style to leave blank lines everywhere to space things out better.)

      But by no means am I saying you should be less wordy in your DJing. Wordy is good because it means you are recalling and writing down lots of details. I hate, HATE it when people just say something like "And then I messed around with my awesome dreaming powers" without describing the experience. It hurts them because their recall will suffer, and it hurts me because then I don't get to know what they experienced. There is only one reason not to describe something from a dream, and that is if you don't remember it.

      That or if it's sexy or violent, put it in a spoiler tag, or don't post it. If it's personal/family related, don't post it. Those are other legitimate excuses.

      As for putting your color code somewhere other than in the actual DJ entry, when your at the Dream Journal tab, there is an option called 'DJ Settings' Click on it, and on the left hand sidebar there are two options; the sidebar and the header.



      The problem is there are two modes for viewing somebody's DJ. In one of them you get a header (or DJ description) that is a block of text that appears above that person's dream journal entries. But you won't see that usually.

      I'd put your color code in the sidebar. That's always visible.
