The other night, I had my first lucid dream (kind of). It only lasted for a few seconds, but it felt like a lot of progress.
The only part I remember was that I was driving on the highway, and suddenly I had the thought, "Wait a minute. I don't need to drive. I can just move around with my thoughts." And I did for a few seconds, until I got excited and woke up. I don't know exactly what triggered the realization that I was dreaming.
