I awake within the familiar village constructed by my mind through previous lucid encounters. everything is so vivid, too vivid... i become lucid. calm but aware i slowly rise from the wooden bed and approach the door. as i walk i feel the dream slipping so i quickly spin around to keep it going. I open the door and the take in the villiage that i havent seen in awhile. i marvel at the landscape and endless terrain before me thinking in awe of how my mind can conjure this so easily i continue walking through the village completely at peace with the lucid. at this point i remember that my friend had suggested i try and create a poem and submit it for qualification at the lit mag in school, i decided this so as to try something within my lucid when awareness would permit. i pick a door in the village that is a house and decide that when i enter it, there will be a magnificent poem of love waiting for me to remember inside. I approach the door and declare with my forceful intention that if i can create this village, i can create this poem that is awaiting for me on the other side. this took all my lucid experience and focus. i felt the energy pulsating from my chakra points as if materializing every one of my desires.
the door opens, i step inside to see a regularly wooden home, at the desk i see a chair with a candle lit, and on the table is an ink pen with a parchment attached to it, i approach to witness this remarkable feat, and in my handwriting is a poem titled "us forever" I couldnt believe it was myn but my name was written at teh bottom. i did it, i created a poem to manifest simply by intending it.. i gasp as i read the beautiful lines and attempt to memorize slowly every word. this takes place for some time until i feel the dream start to ripple and my higher-self tells me the time has come to awake.
i wake up and Jot down the lines of the poem immediately but slowly so as not to falter the tempo at which i did so in my dream. i did this to the best of my degree and to my surprise the poem deemed itself worthy of the school magazine.
Courtesy of a Lucid dream it went something like this
Us forever:
The silence watching patiently
Two lovers creep into the hollow
This space entangles energy
And breaks away their sorrow
Desperately, she warms the ember
And cries the tears of rigid truths
He holds her close, they’ll both remember,
Fireflies, and endless youths
The darkness darts down like quicksand
She looks to him for time
And reaches through to hold his hand,
As he softly says your mine
Come her kiss, his somber sigh
Brings forth the reaper too
Last chance for her to touch goodbye, while
He’s already holding true
The endless vigor that she shares,
He’ll die to never miss
She’ll put to bed, all his nightmares
As he stops hers with a kiss
Fragile feelings heal her strong
His touch is not to far
She holds to him however long
As they both grip the same star
He now withholds tremendous force
She pulls the final lever
He changes stride, she alters course
And whisper, Us Forever
