Do you usually attempt WILDs in your later REM cycles?

I have a rule that usually works any time of night. If you close your eyes and the imagery is crystal clear attempt to walk straight into a Lucid Dream. 90% of the time it works. Unfortunately it is rare to find this setup.

I also have seen with the ZEO that light sleep or REM sleep yield LDs. It's not a view well supported by CAT scans and research in the community.

Very interesting! I have found doing a WBTB after waking from my first cyle with 45 min to an hour reading or taking a short drive before going back to bed, I generally always instantly WLD. Most of the dreams following the WILD tend to be lucid as my mind is awake but body still sleepy.
Reeeaally wanted to get one of these for a while. Awesome chart, seems incredibly useful!
