    Dymaxion Sleep

    Hi everyone, I wanted to make my own Dymaxion sleeping experiement, so I will make this experiment for one month and write how i am after every nap.
    I modified my Dymaxion schedule a little bit because of school.

    My schedule.
    For my period adjustment I'll sleep 2h30 incase of 2h00.
    I will sleep 2h00 to 2h30 AM
    6h30 to 7h30 AM
    4h00 to 4h30 PM
    8h00 to 8h30 PM

      After thinking about it and made my research, with the Dymaxion sleep, sleep for more than 40mins is an oversleep and can make me fail, so i'm gonna sleep only from 6h30 to 7h00 and if i'm to tired i'll just add another nap (a little bit like the Uberman Sleep Cycle).

      2:00 to 2h30 AM
      Before go to sleep I was a bit tired so I fell asleep pretty easely for my first nap (compared to other experiments) after maybe 15mins. When I woke up I felt pretty as tired as when I went to bed but I walked a little bit and drink water and I'm feeling alright.

      6:30 to 7h00 AM
      Before go to sleep I was very tired, fell asleep after only 5mins. When I woke up I was more tired than before but after drink water and eat a breakfast i felt totaly refresh.

      12h00 to 12h20 AM to PM
      I wasn't really tired, but I wasn't able to focus for a long period of time, for reading I was alright but as soon as I started my homeworks I lost my concentration so I slept a little nap of 20 minutes and now I'm more refresh than when I usually sleep 8 hours. There as been only 30 minutes since I'm awake and I feel like I'm doing stuffs for hours.

      I'm not very in the mood right now, I already overslep, now I understand why a lot of people recommend to set more than one clock. And I'll try to be the less comfortable possible to be the easier to wake up.
