Was in some village submerged in water. Brad pitt was there and his brother who couldn't swim. We climbed on the roofs of the villages and then later I was racing some boy who was overweight. I let him win on purpose to make him feel better then walked down the village to where a lot of people were. I went up some stairs and into a hospital, then said "My wife is sick, she hasen't eaten in 2 days! She's gonna die! After waiting and talking a little they told me they could help her but they have to use me in the operation. They told me they have to cut the tip of my penis off and sew it onto her nipple. I asked the doctors what I would cover the tip of my penis with then, and they said a snake head. Then showed me a snake in a glass and took out a little snake head penis.
