Journal of a Wiccan

Today, I am embarking on something that I am curious about. I stumbled upon this website, after much research on the Uberman cycle and I have decided to record my own experience in trying this sleeping pattern. Now that I have finished my A levels, I wish to take up my hobbies once again. Being an only child, I have many interests that I want to pursue and so it would be beneficial to have more time to dedicate to them. I have read that the Uberman cycle promotes lucid dreaming. If this is true, I would like to find out and post entries of my dreams, perhaps giving me inspiration to write short stories and paint scenes from my dreams. I shall attempt to remain open minded and factual about this, as I have been known to get carried away on flights of fancy. I sincerely hope that sharing this experience will benefit other people as well as myself.
