    Can't stop dreamin about same people

    Hi, I hope someone can give me some answers I HHS dreams everynight about the same couple of people I want to know why? And how I can stop it? I used to know these people years ago and was very close but things happened and we went out separate ways now I can't stop dreaming about them and most times it turns into a nightmare and wakes me up any advice is appriciated as I don't like these dreams or having them everynight thanks guys

      You probably have a connection to them. For instance, I keep dreaming about my friend Stephen because well- we are friends. You should go out and try to make new friends, or just concentrate on different people. Another way to get rid of them in your dreams, would be to do a reality check every time you see them. They are dream signs, and if I were you, I wouldn't want to miss that opportunity. After you turn lucid, you can stop the dream before it turns into a nightmare.

      Sorry, by stop I mean change the dream into what you want, or just fly away before something happens.

      Thanks hun I havent seen one of them for 5 years but will not bump into them anytime soon hey , so I can fly away I I want to? sounds interesting just don't want to see them at all
