    Unfortunatley this morning I didn't have much success due to the amount of noise everyone was making.
    But I nearly have the wave and had heaviness I could also feel my astral hand moving a little bit.
    I'm going to try again this weekend because School is going to mess up any attempts I make.

      Do you mean, Astral hand or Dream Hand?

      What are you trying to do? Lucid dreaming or Astral Projection?

      I have been lucid dreaming since I was a kid, and about half a year ago, I started mastering Astral Projection. Astral Projection is the best thing ever!! I recently unlocked my Akashic Records

      It felt alot more Astral. I like to experiment between the 2 of them. Ooooo that sounds really cool.

      If you get plenty of lucid dreams, you can use them to AP.

      If you have a lot of lucid dreaming goals, better work on them, if not, you can try to AP from a LD.
