[B]I am going to start using Ev's app.[/B]

I have allways been trying to find a frequent way to lucid dream and the Lucidology worked sort of, but not frequent enough.
So I am going to try Ev's apps and see where that leads me, so I won't record my dreams here anymore, because I am going to try to become aware of the dreams without using the memory, mantras or techniques.
Instead I will sync my biological clock to the sun and naturally become more aware and hopefully lucid.
I will maybe write down the succesful attempts here.
