    Attempt 2: Sleeping posture

I tried to fall asleep in a sleeping posture where I am sitting upright, bad move...

I got the sensations I had just before I my successful attempt, but since you have to be completely relaxed to attain that state it was next to impossible in this posture. My lower and upper body was completely relaxed, but not my neck... Try to fall asleep in a chair and see for yourself, it will end with you nodding your head forward and you will jolt awake.
And this was what happend to me, but in my bed.

On my next attempt I am going to lay in a position that my body can get completely relaxed in.

Even though I couldn't fall asleep consciously, I could still fall asleep unconsciously with no effort, so this did not end up in insomnia. When I fell asleep I had a vivid dream were my friend told me that I was dreaming, but for some strange reason I didn't listened to him and I did not become lucid...

Tonight I will try to lay on my side and if I fall asleep unconsciously I will lay on my back tomorrow.

    See you!

Edit: I just took a nap and never lost consciousnes and that annoying saliva swallowing never showed up either. Maybe I was drooling haha, but there were not trace of it when I woke up anyway...
And I was laying on my stomach. So I will try that out first.
