Dream recall from today's naps, got lucid at the end of REM again i think.

Dream 1(fragment):

I recall some indoor place and some talk.

Dream 2(fragment):

I wake up in my bed(the room looked almost exactly the same as in waking life), get up and walk around the room(Forgot to reality check ), then i wake up again, and i spontaneously realize that i am dreaming, but i wake up again, this time properly.
