Forever Falling

I was in the union at my university, and I ran into my Observational Behavior Professor. He wasn't wearing his glasses, and his dress seemed more adolescent-esque. His face also looked very shiny and I could see each individual pore on his face. The dream was almost more vivid than what I see in my waking life! We walked and joked about some other students in the class, until we entered a small room. I sat down on a very high couch and my professor sat down on the ground cross-legged. I looked around and there were a few students sitting down already. It felt like a very small class meeting, but he didn't begin lecturing. I could see a pack of cigarettes in the back pocket of his jeans (very un-professor like). I remember thinking to myself, "can this guy get any cooler?" He spoke to a few of us students in a very casual way for a few minutes, then my mind got lost. Everyone had disappeared, and I had a strange sensation of confusion. I reality-checked, and I could breath through my nose! Right when I realized it was a dream a thought popped into my head, where I thought I should just lay back and fall towards the ground. I do not know why I thought of this, but it just felt like the right thing to do at the time. I began to fall backwards like you would if you were about to fall flat on your bed, legs and arms straight down to my side. As I fell, with a feeling of sublimity, the fall was never broken by a ground surface. Instead, I felt like I was being swallowed by a huge, invisible pillow. The room began to expand vertically getting farther and farther away which soon began to look like a square tunnel. I began to think about rain, and with this thought, the ceiling's paint started to melt off like it was water and poured down in rain drops. When each drop hit the ground, it gracefully morphed into a flying book. My mind was in awe. Words cannot describe how exciting of an experience this was.
