    1. Nightmares that turn into reality

I'm not the kind of person who remembers dreams but when I do they tend to turn into reality within a short time frame.
It hasn't been happening all my life, maybe just the past three or so years but when it does it's terrifying.
The first was I had a dream about my godmother, I awoke at 3am one morning trembling in a pool of sweat. I had a dream that she had a heart attack, was rushed to hospital and had several procedures to correct her heart issues. I saw bright lights, surgeons, smelt sterility and saw her family waiting anxiously in the waiting room.
The second (not nightmare) was a short time after where by I had a dream that my niece had fallen pregnant, and given birth at a specific time, date, by doctor and he babies sex and weight. All these details came true.
The most recent is quite disturbing and in some ways I feel quite upset because I chose to ignore it. I had a dream that my neighbours house was on fire. The details of the dream from what I was wearing, to who was laying next to me, the wether, the time was just about identical to the actual event. I had a sense of anxiety, the need to dot my I's and cross my t's, I had the urge to ensure safety in the dream. The day before the reality situation I was meant to be caring for my two nieces over night for two nights however my youngest had vomited that day and although I didn't think she was contagious I had the urge to make sure they both weren't here or I didn't look after them for a couple of nights. A sense of relief was achieved once I knew they weren't staying.
I have also had another quite disturbing dream since which I don't want to turn into reality as it involved my sister working long hours and falling asleep at the wheel on the way home from work late one Thursday evening, my feeling was approx. 10pm.
Can anyone help me dream the lotto numbers instead of the bad stuff that may/may not happen in my life.
