The Blue Saga

DreamLucid Dream

I was standing in a Target with a bunch of kids from school. It was the first day and I was waiting to get my class schedule. They handed out everyone else's except mine: people were jumping up and down and laughing. A teacher who looked like a cashier showed up, he had long shaggy brown hair. He took all the others into a different room. I was standing there alone, so I asked him if he knew where my schedule was. He pointed at the floor and said, "We already gave it to you, it's probably in that pile." I looked down and saw a huge mound of crumpled papers which had definitely not been there before. I got down on my knees and began sifting through the papers looking for my schedule. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the man go back to the cash register and start ringing people up. The weird thing was, people were only buying cans of Mountain Dew. I saw my friend buy a Pepsi and start talking to the guy about Yale, I think, because she goes there. He nodded at what she said and leaned in to kiss her.

I finally found my schedule and began to read it. It said "Pick your superpower! 8:00-2:00 Practice." I got really excited because there was a list of awesome superpowers to choose from. While I was trying to decide which power to pick the man came over again. "You found it, good, now go into the room. You'll be a little behind because they've already started practicing but that's okay. You'll catch up." I tried to say "Hey, wait, I haven't decided on anything yet" but he grabbed my arm and shoved me into the room.

There were a ton of people running around exploding things and I was really confused until an Asian girl came up to me and said "Need any help?" I said "Yeah, I don't even know which power I want yet." She smiled and told me, "That's okay." Suddenly a huge metal door opened and a fleet of futuristic motorcycles/cars sat there. Everyone started to climb on. The Asian girl gave me a helmet and said" "Yours is the yellow one." I tried to protest but she said "It's okay, you'll do fine." "Where are we going?" I asked her. She replied, "The end of the world."

I got on the motorcycle and it zoomed off. It was going too fast. I remember dodging around a bunch of regular cars and a few trees, but I couldn't get it to stop. Suddenly I was surrounded by snow and evergreen trees. I crashed into a snowdrift and flew through the air, landing hard on the ground. That's when I woke up.

Also during the night, I was in a small room with my old friend Megan, Beyonce, and Imogen Heap. We were supposed to perform a dance for some sort of school assignment. I was partnered with Imogen and Megan was with Beyonce. The teacher came in and asked for their project first. To my surprise they gave her a flash drive to plug into her laptop! She put it in and there was a three page Word document on dancing. At the end there was a small video that featured disco music and lots of psychedelic art. The teacher said "Great job guys!" and gave them an A+. I was upset because they didn't even do what they were supposed to and they still got a good grade!

Dreams having to do with school, hmm? Well, it is about to start, I suppose. Maybe I should add it to my list of dreamsigns.

Also, no LDs. Sigh.
