It was about 11 at night, and I planned to do a WBTB the next morning, and I decided to try to WILD again. Got relaxes, numb, etc. Then I attempted to tick my neck back, because according to a user it sends a signal to the spinal cord that causes 100% paralysis. It didn't seem to do anything, so I continued to attempt the WILD. I had a sudden huge spasm that was throughout my body, and I was kind of surprised. I believe this caused what happened next. I felt like I was spinning, I felt the tingling sensations, and I saw a few images looped, with a kaleidoscopic border to them. My eyes were fluttering like crazy, and I think I was too focused on making that stop, because it faded away. I wasn't able to get back to that state, but I'm happy I got this close!
