Wow my sister told me about this app for the iPod (or iPad and iPhone) this app is great, hears how it works you adjust to what ambiance sound fits you best and it uses bineral beats to make you fall asleep there's different types of bineral beats to choose from Delta rem, alpha rem, beta rem, lucid dreaming, and i forget the other one, just put the head phones on while your sleeping and play the bineral beats. and this app gives you extremely vivid dreams right when i started to use it I got really vivid dreams the app is only 99 cents and its called brainwave dream inducer by Bonzia labs. even though it gives you really vivid dreams, you will still need to work on dream recall if you want to remember them.
