dream fragment

July 9, 2013 - forgot to post this earlier on!

I was going to New York to visit my dad with my brother. I was living in my previous house and my Aunt Barri came to pick us up to take us to the airport. (strange because she lives on the other side of the country..) At the old house I took an incredibly long time to pack my clothes and other things I'd need. I seemed completely unprepared and sluggish. They seemed to be waiting on me for almost an hour while I was slowly doing that. I had figured that I'd be going for only a few days but it ended up that I'd be there for 11 days. I was disappointed that I would be missing my new job and that I would have a hard time telling my boss that I already need to have time off, especially because it would be last minute. I was also eager to show my girlfriend who desperately wants to go to New York that I was going there. It was a pretty short dream, I didn't even make it to NY in my dream.

So I was at a party of some sort, and everybody was having a good time, but me and a few other people could sense that something was going to go wrong. We were trying to kind of make sure everything was alright, but really weird thing were happening, like the pool would drain. Then more water would pour out of the back. and that happened two or three times. There was some hole in the ground that was man made, but I don't remember the justification for it. We made it for a reason, a long while before all this. But people were climbing down that, just to check it out, and some returned but others didn't. We tried to disallow people from going down there. Others were being killed in brutal ways. Eventually the water flooded the area and more people were being killed more easily. I tried to urge everyone to get out, and I did as well.
I got out really easily, and there was an out of control car/boat thing on this lake nearby. I jumped on that to see if anybody was alive on it, but it was empty. There was also a giant ship that was empty, but still going at high speeds on the water.
I was at that point trying to get to the shore. I got on the car boat thing that was farther inland than the boat, and tried to abruptly turn, and the waves slowly turned the large boat too. It turned easily as if some force was trying to kill me with it. But I managed to get around it, and made it to land.
I was just trying to rush to somewhere safe, which turned out to be some music lounge, and there was a private room and I sat in there. I tried everything I could to see if my girlfriend was okay, but I couldn't find anything. And then I woke up.

It starts by me trying to fall asleep, but I can't. I hear noises so I go to investigate and my environment kind of changes to my a front yard with a minecraft-like scene with trees and stuff from the game. They are cutting down wood, and begin to come over towards me. They introduce themselves, and one has a very strong accent and says they are from Bulgaria. One girl looks older than the other. One of them starts talking to me, like she's trying to get to know me, but I find it really difficult to understand her. We don't talk to much and then I try to find a way in order to get rid of them, and then another man comes and I assume it's her father. I didn't know what to do, because he insisted on watching a movie and cooking food in my house, and I just wanted him out. He begins to play the movie, and I try to just urge and push them out of the house, but they won't go anywhere.

That is when I wake up. Just curious, is that a false awakening, or does that have another name, when I start in the state of trying to fall asleep when the dream begins?

I was in an office building where there was a huge party going on at the time, and then i kicked out and I had this thing that allowed me to kinda float through the air, if I pushed the button in the air. So, I was forced away from the party and I was extremely far away at that time. I was with a tv show character, Barney from How I met your Mother, and we were on a mission to get back to the party because there was some sort of scandal going on there. We were extremely far away, and we saw a building that was a lot quieter than it, but we decided to check it out, just in case. It appeared to be an abandoned building with maybe CIA agents working in it, only on one office near the top floor. Me and Barney evacuated it quickly. We began to walk again looking for it, and we though we saw the lights coming from the direction it was. I used the thing to float to get over there at high speeds, and I realized it was there. I went back for Barney and he was in an outdoor mall at the time. I got him and we prepared to use the mechanism to fly over there, as soon as I woke up.

This was a pretty cool dream, it's just extremely unfortunate that was an entire beginning to this dream that I don't really remember besides the ending. Also, there was more to the beginning of this I don't remember very well.

So I was having a school dream, which I have had about 3 or 4 in the last few weeks, and they have all been based around the same schedule and been going through the days of school. Yesterday I was supposed to go to my 2nd period, but I was forgetting which class was my 2nd class. I went to my first period class first which was Spanish, but it obviously wasn't my class and I didn't recognize anyone. I had to ask my girlfriend what class I was supposed to be in and she told me, so I went down the hall to my AP Lit class.
I went inside, and somebody told me they had a bug infestation but we were staying in there anyways. We were watching a documentary on bees, and the bugs that were in there were bees, spiders, and one more thing I don't remember. They were in designated areas across the room. At one point my dream was about to transform into another dream. There was some guy that said he could mess with the bees, hop on a motorcycle and get away from them. He tried it and EVERY bee chased after him and ended up killing him, but the bee infestation was gone. So that was a step up.
But then the dream began to change and I was on a boat I believe? I was with many people I had never seen and this part is pretty hazy. There were areas for each age group, up to 18 I believe. You were supposed to watch over the age group below you, so 17 - 18 watches over the 15-16 year olds. Which I am a part of. They would mess with us pretty often though. But it wasn't too big a deal. I don't remember much else, but a bunch of people were saying they saw a person that looked like Bruce Wayne, from Batman, but I didn't see it, but I did see that it was just my friend Trent. And he does not look much like him at all.

I was running down the street I live on from... I'm not totally sure. But I was running with a friend and my girlfriend. My girlfriend ran into a tree branch hanging over a wall and she just disappeared or something. I remember that happening in a dream of mine previously, so I immediately realized I was dreaming WITHOUT even trying to do a reality check. I just began to run a lot faster and leaped into the air and began to kind of soar through the air. I was only lucid for less than probably 10 seconds in my dream. I began flying, and not long afterwards I was flying (but having trouble) flying through the small, crowded casino. I saw a friend of mine and tried to show off to him what I could do and then my dream cut out.
