(Was a two-part dream. Woke up again in the middle of the night - I really need to stop that. It makes me feel groggy when I wake up.)

Through the first part of my dream, I was helping my friend try to find something he needed for school. After showing him some of my old stuff I was trying to get rid of, he did find it, just not in the right color. So we go to this gigantic bookstore, and I quickly find myself distracted by rows upon rows upon rows of books. . . The ultimate daydream.

I asked the cashier for a specific book, but quickly ignored that and simply went into the sheleves to find books that I might like instead. All of the titales looked amazing, the cover art was great, and I wanted to buy every single one of those books and read them. I didn't have the time, unfortunately. Or the money.

I woke up shortly after I'd purchased a book I'd already been reading - something about a video game, as I recall.

The second dream involved a gigantic group of superheroes there. Flash, Superman, Wonder Woman - they were all there. Some my own mind created. They were arguing about the destruction done to one of their planets and who had been the cause of that calamity. I was standing on my front porch, kind of just watching the action flicker from one person to the next, and several times I had to try and convince myself not to facepalm.

And then I did, because the arguement deteriorated into, "who has the best animals."

And so they bring forth Earth dogs - my dogs - and the alien dogs. It just so happened that it happened to be a copy of my golden retriever, Sammy. They were so alike, I couldn't tell the difference. But as I stopped and petted all of the dogs as they argued, I realized the alien dog was slimmer than mine, and with a different collar. But as I smiled and extended my hands towards him, though, I swear I saw a little bit of a smile on the dogs face.

    Then I woke up.
