thank you.
Hey Tygar! I absolutely get what you mean! If you prefer minimal interruption of sleep there are other techs to consider: - consistent daytime practice - RCs, self-awarness, critical thinking, ADA - autosuggestion during day and DS review - pre bed mild - deild with minimal wakefulness - ssild with minimal wakefulness Also, meditation/relaxation techniques may help in case one has hard time falling asleep. For me focusing on the breath while keeping inner silence does a good job.
Thank you NyxCC. That sunset was one of the most amazing things I've seen in any of my lucid dreams. It was almost like my subconscious was trying to cheer me up.
Ah, that was a fantastic ld! One only needs to read an entry like this to get fully motivated to ld.
It show that I have a higher probability of becoming lucid on days when I have more time to sleep, which is what I expected. But, the high number of LDs on Mondays was surprising. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I tend to throw off my sleep schedule on Friday Night and Saturday (up later at night, and getting up later in the morning plus getting more hours of sleep). So perhaps I'm less tired on Sunday nights (which explains why I have issues falling asleep) and more likely to be more aware while dreaming. This is all just a theory.
Do you have any takeaways from this?
