Thank you! I'll add this to some other stats that I'm trying to jot down.

I'm still pretty new to this myself, and I couldn't tell you the average time but I'm sure it varies a lot between people. For me I'd say it was about a month since I started practicing. I was trying to DILD, so I mostly did a ton of RCs and thought about lucid dreaming a lot. What I really think helped me was reading a book on lucid dreaming, once I started doing that combined with RCs I had four in a month (pretty awesome for me). However when I stopped reading I haven't had one since, so I'm guessing that was an optimal way to get it into my head.
