The easiest way to acquire it would be for a dreamcharacter to hand it to you or just imagine finding it somewhere. I thought about finding it on a tree perhaps, but I ended up getting it from a DC. So try to ask a DC for it, and remember: Don't expect anything! Let your imagination go wild when it comes to deciding taste and looks.

Telekinesis is all about how much you believe it will work (well everything in dreams is) and it might take a try or two to get it right, but you will if you keep on trying! I stretch out my hand and hold it infront of me, like I'm using invisible hands to grab things, then I pull. Works fine.

Nice dreams! Make your DJ more reader-friendly by using different colors for when you're lucid, not lucid and normal text. Also the date of the lucid dreams can be nice for you to have, to recall when and what u dreamt, and to follow your own progress

As for the ideas: Fly! It's the best feeling ever and the first thing I tried out (except killing myself). Telekinesis is also awesome. If you feel like testing your other senses a bit further, try out Dreamfruit. It's a fantasy fruit and you don't know how it will look or taste. So don't expect anything!
