Thread: Salvia Trips

I recently came across salvia and see it as a great spiritual awakening. I feel as if salvia takes me out of body and into a different plane all together. I also have been getting incredible dream recall since taking it. I am going to start posting my adventures on salvia and how they affect my dreams. I will record my salvia journey after my meditation. These trips will be marked in green.

Trip one:

I had some meditation music on. I took my second hit and sat there looking at my tv. It started doing 360s in mid air and I fell back onto my bed. I don't know if my eyes were open or not but after a couple of times thinking about it, I realized it felt like I was looking through my third eye. I slid out of our dimension or reality (Its all really hard to explain) and looked up to see an orange energy. This was an entity and he was talking to me saying that I was not ready for this. He kept saying this over and over. Its really funny because when we re-listened to the audio, I called him a bastard. He kept saying things to me and I kept trying to comprehend what this other dimension was and couldn't. The best I can do is describe it was a parallel dimension. Its almost life the shift between waking and sleeping. Your consciousness shifts and your entering this dimension at an impossible angle.

We slowly started coming back to consciousness and decided to take another giant hit to reenter that dimension.

I remember looking at the TV. It broke into a thousand pieces. and I entered the oddest state I have ever been in. My perception completely changed. I felt like I left my body and I was suddenly back with the orange energy. This time there were several other energy's around me. They were talking to me and I had a long conversation with them. I had music on and I don't remember even hearing the music playing. I was on outside of 100% out of reality and the energy's were telling me that I can't be there and need to slide into one of the other reality. I remember arguing a little, but in the end conformed. I started sliding into one of the little cracks of reality and slid back in. Once I was back in my perception changed again and I was back in the other dimension. There the orange energy waited for me and started telling me stuff. I don't remember now, but in the audio I called it an asshole and bastard. When I said that both the woman I was with and I started laughing uncontrollably. I don't remember the rest.

I had that exact same experience the first time I tried Salvia. First I was reliving a memory, then there was a woman's voice saying "you're not ready." I replied saying, "I know," and was then sucked to the ground by a strong gravitational pull. The trip faded after that. Since then I've been accepted by the entity and have come to understand it as a prankster/child. I always feel like a little kid on Salvia.

What extract level thing (I don't know the exact terminology) did you take? I tried salvia for the first time the other night and it was 15x. I didn't have any visual hallucinations the first time, I just kind of felt really heavy and kept laughing at some road signs on my wall that I thought were in the shape of a train while I heard some song sung by children in the background.

After I recovered from that, I took another hit and I don't remember most of the trip except for being in a black void that was slightly under the normal reality and I had elongated limbs. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get back to reality and there was a repeating word the I couldn't understand in the background.

How long does a trip generally last, Do you experience and sideeffects the next day?

Please take this into consideration before embarking.

Don't do salvia unless you know for certain what you are getting yourself into. If you are below the age of 21 and/or new to psychedelics of any kind I would suggest you wait until you have a better understanding of yourself. Salvia, if done "right", will drastically change your perception of self, perception, and reality. It is difficult if not impossible to go back to your former "self."

I normally take 20X. The more you take salvia, the more powerful it becomes. What I normally do is take a sample hit, wait five minutes and take another.

It depends on how much you take. A trip can last for 5 minutes to up to 40 minutes depending on how many hits you take. The last time I took some, I was in my room for hours. I have zero side effects. I have a feeling of euphoria for the rest of the day.

I agree that salvia is not a party drug. It is really more of a spiritual journey than anything else. It is also much more powerful than any other psychedelic that I have tried. It literally destroys your reality. I don't agree that it is impossible to go back to your former self. You are 100% normal after salvia, but you may get a new perspective on life.

This trip was a bit different and longer than my previous. I took three hits of a new 20X that I revived in the mail. I took them all 15 minutes apart from each other, but in the end they all blended together.

I took my first hit in my pitch black room. This stuff was really powerful because it knocked me onto my bed and I started seeing the orange energy like I normally do. He was talking to me. I wanted to ask him some questions, but they were forgotten by his presence. Everything was forgotten about my past life. All that mattered was who he was. I started coming back to the present and could still feel his presence in the room. I felt that there were others in the room, but not in my dimension. I later listened to my recording and found that was actually talking. I said that I knew who he was, but who was he? I told him it was just him and I in the room and he was telling me nothing new. Then I said his name. Ohm - Bosh - Lek. I suddenly remembered saying his name and the power I felt behind it. I remember that when I said his name, I felt a strong gust of wind behind me.

I then proceeded to take another hit while the room was still spinning.

I was instantly knocked onto my bed and fully paralyzed. At that point I had forgotten that I took salvia and was frightened. I tried to hard to move, but all I could was breath and watch the energy. I felt the feeling of being ripped into a thousand pieces and squashed into another reality. This was not as pleasant as the other experiences. I finally accepted what was happening and relaxed. I don't remember too much of what happened.

At some point I turned the tv on and put of meditation music. The music was the sound of water moving and really relaxing music. I took another hit and instantly became an energy and started flying through the universe. I wanted to try to elongate this effect and laid completely still. I was traveling to incredible places. Finally the feeling stopped, but I continued the meditation. I ended up at a stream. This stream was very real and I think this was a combination of HI and salvia because I was laying in this position for over 20 minutes without moving. I realized that I knew this stream from somewhere. There were brilliant spots of energy flowing through this river (its almost like a river in space. Its impossible to describe) The energy's would leave the stream of life to enter a new born body. When that body dies, the energy goes to the source. It made me think that we are this energy. We were never born and we never die. Our bodies are just hosts and that when we die, our consciousness separates and goes back to its original source. It was the most incredible feeling.

Some time later I was still meditating and was laying in a stream that was floating down a river. It was sunny and the grass was really long. I realized that I must be in a dream and extreme HI. This was interrupted by my ex barging into my house demanding to see my dog. I was completely sucked out of the meditation and back to reality

I've smoked Salvia a few times a few year ago. Nothing stronger than 10X. Most experiences I didn't enjoy. It was like losing contact with physical reality, and falling into a state of intense HI bombardment. It was like being so overwhelmed with thoughts while being completely non-lucid, unaware, and helpless to what was happening. I'm guessing if you can go into it with a cleared/blank mind - that would really help out.

Your experiences seem so much more stable than mine were.

I feel that way so much. It is as if I forget that I took salvia. Its really hard to get out of the mindset, but once you have control, you can do many things.

shit me cheers mate. ive been looking for a similar car ad that was a bit trippy but oddly this one completely blows it out of the water for me. on acid i remember my surrounding looking just like that and being made up of thousands of waving hands/faces etc

Salvia #3

This time I did it with henesie123 from dream views. She came over and we cleared out my bottom closet and set a sleeping bag on the floor. We ended up taking three hits and had the most intense salvia trip yet.

Hit 1:
We both took a hit. She took one from a bong and I took one from a water pipe. I started seeing ohm bosh liek like I usually do, but was taken back to the physical world by henesie she started screaming no over and over again and burst out of the closet. I peeped my head outside the closet and saw her lined up with the stairs. She said that the textures and shapes of everything around her started changing and she had to go to her place in the scheme of things. I poked my head outside the closet and felt as if I was in the right place. My hardwood floor was coming apart and back together. I re listened to the tape and heard henesie ask me who she was and if we smoked something. She told the others to stop laughing at her. I don't remember much more

I started writing this a while back. I got distracted and never finished typing this. As a result I don't remember much more and will have to summarize

We took another hit. Henesie wasn't too sure if she could do it again, but decided to do it. We instantly laid down and the experience took us over. The main parts I remember is being in the familiar place that I go to. I again forgot that I took salvia and this became my reality. My body was paralyzed and I was trying to get out of the inbetween. I felt the familiar presence of ohm- bosh - lek and was being pulled. I heard henesies voice in the backround telling me to control it and it was her that brought me back to sanity. Suddenly I turned to the right and her head was there in the inbetween. I was so relived. I told her how happy I was that she was there and that we both saw the same things. We laid back down and took another hit. We were holding hands and flying together upwards. We could see "them" as we described it. We were getting to the their world/dimension. It felt as if there was a giant black wormhole shooting me at the speed of light upwards. It was twisting and turning left and right. I felt much more in control this time. I don't remember much more after this but my mom did come home and we had to stop. I really need to move out soon lol

I've only tried salvia once, and that was before I was able to define parts of my experiences. As with the dimensions and such. I'd really like to try it again and see what it can bring to me, but I believe that I should wait until I am older.

This is very interesting. I want to try salvia so badly now, but I'm scared I'll come out of my room and freak my parents out or if I do it at school I'll come out of my room and freak my floor mates out...If I took salvia would I be so far out I'd just walk around my house not caringwho saw me on drugs?

absolutely. if you do enough you will be wondering around without even knowing that you have taken anything. trying to do anything normal just to cling to a vague memory of reality. unless you are one of the lucky ones who are able to just face the fear and let go of reality and go zooming through dimensions. i would imagine that would be pretty tough for beginner though. much better to start with something like a small amount of mushrooms to get a feel for what it can be like. salvia is the pretty much the strongest hallucinogen and also one of the harshest. if you feel completely at peace and think you could cope with being torn from your body by weird things/creatures then go for it. if you have any doubts then wait until you are ready. ive tried it 3 times and even though i wait ages until i feel alot more at ease, it seems the moment i try it, something clicks inside and all the doub returns in an instant. hope im not just projecting my fears onto others, but ive heard many who say similar things. in the west we are just programmed to respond very badly to these things

I don't have any doubts about me. The only thing is I don't have my own apartment so I wouldn't want to get kicked out of the dorms or something. I've been wanting to try shrooms too but they seem more expensive, plus you can't buy them in stores so I'll have to ask my friend to get some from her friend and blah blah...but I will deff try shrooms first. Will those also make me wander around not caring that people see me on drugs? Man, I need to get my own apartment. I feel like since I'm used to lucid dreaming that maybe this might be kind of like that. I've only gotten paranoid and tried to wake myself up from a lucid dream once and that was because I was napping and needed to know what time it was.

shrooms should be a more relaxed start and as long as you dont take loads you will still be in complete control, although it can be alot more fun to release that control and do some of the silly things it makes you feel like doing. i remember my brother just started beat boxing for aaaaages on them. but going walkabout randomly wont be a problem like salvia can be. get some good instrumental tunes and a nice sensory stimulating atmosphere and your away. i remember watchng a load of cartoons on shrooms once, and getting so into it that when they finished and i closed the laptop, it felt like i was temporarily shutting down the world

completely depends on type. im in uk so better off asking someone over there. here it would be too much if it was dried uk liberty caps, but not much at all if fresh cubensis. stear clear of amanitas though imo

If you dont mind me asking where did you get your Salvia from?

I've boughten it from a few places, the best batch being from a headshop in Canada. Last time I bought it from salviacult.org, which now redirects to arenaethnobotanicals.com, though they're a bit expensive.

Keep in mind that any information regarding how to obtain salvia is only intended for people who live in a place where it is legal.
