Hello everyone,
I decided to make this thread to focus on meditation and it's benefits. I've always heard that it's very beneficial to meditate and that it will help with all aspects of life including lucids, etc.... I plan to test this out and meditate for a month. I am hoping to meditate for 20-25 minutes each day and possibly increase that as I get closer to the end of the month. I'm hoping to have some good results to report by then. I'll be writing my experiences here. A couple of things to note are that I've only meditated a couple of times and I plan to clear my thoughts in my meditation, none of the specific chakra ones, etc.... Any and all comments are welcome.
