This guys use of "Sexual Magic" Scares the shit out of me, also i read in one of his books that he believes there's intergalactic storm cloud monster bugs in the universe that account for something, i forget what.

I can't really talk though.... with some of the "Demon" and "jinn~" occult i have messed with not to mention the egyptian occult practices i have studied.

Ofc i don't believe in that, but there is some truth is some things i have studied, with a higher probability of success then just random luck, so i have an open mind for most things.

IndigoGhost, I have no idea what you read, but you seem to be in the wrong movie. Magick is working with symbols and most rituals are not performed on the physical plane, like 99.99% of people seem to think, but in the astral realm.

show that Osbourne didn't know much if anything about Crowley's writings, Magick or Thelema. I wouldn't have him expected to anyway. Especially the line "Your lifestyle to me seems so tragic" is pretty ridiculous coming from Osbourne. Of course to John Everyman, who doesn't know better, it all makes no sense. As I said above, 99.99% of people think the rituals have to be performed on the physical plane - that's how it's presented to them in movies - and imagining people actually doing so appears rather funny to me. Well, it actually is a lot to read and understand and I'm also having a hard time doing so and often am surprised about the meaning behind the words when I finally discover it - or rather believe to. Also Crowley also didn't talk to the dead, but to entities that never lived on the physical plane - demons, angels, gods, whatever one likes to call them.

I have written a short article on Crowley as I currently perceive him.

Sorry to crash the thread, Planewalker, but my knowledge of Crowley is still limited. One of the books I own was edited by him and has an introduction by him, but I've always thought him charlatan. Just one more man vying for power in his community, even if he did have some grasp of what the concept of magic is about.

alastair crowley is a very interesting character. thanks for posting this, i look forward to reading it.

This is interesting because one of the most famous rappers of today's society, Jay-Z, believes in Alister Crowley cult. He also stated in one of his earlier songs, that he "meditates like a Buddhist" when he isn't even portrayed that way in the masses eyes and has come from being a hood dug dealer from new york. Is this not ironic?

Also, maybe this has something to do with the satanic messages recorded backwards on popular songs. Subconscious control.

I think it all has to do with the subconscious. That's where all the magic/manifestation is, higher self/subconscious.

It's funny because this Illuminati/conspiracy stuff is starting to become mainstream...like REALLY mainstream, my neighbor said it's all over youtube and she told me about it. When I already looked into it before. I don't any more though because I'm definitely starting to see the game that's being played here.

I don't think anyone wants to depopulate the earth, or harm us physically at all. I think the harm is done spiritually. You ever wake up from sleep, and your kind of shaken up a bit. Hands shaking. You don't remember what you dreamt, but your kind of shaken up from something. I'm like 100% sure this is the case....because when i first started reading about that Illuminati/new world order crap, I started having dreams about it.

I know this is an old thread but I just came across it and I found it immensly interesting.

I messed around with astral projection for about 8 months before my mind cracked and sleep became a constant traumatic event.

It's been 3 years now and I seem to be going through the last phases of recovery.

I would like to know planewalker if you've ever successfully experimented with astral projection.

Yes, many times actually. I'm not actively pursuing it anymore though, so I'm now only having occasional spontaneous experiences.
