Dreaming task from Seth

this post is for any of you Seth readers a while ago i read a lucid dreaming suggestion from Seth (i don't have the exact quote but here's the gist); Find a mirror and look into your eyes. he wouldn't say what you would see but he implied that it might be surprising. i just succeeded doing this the other night and it was pretty cool. i'ld love to hear from anyone else who has done this; it would be interesting to see if my experience meshes with theirs. i don't want to reveal what i saw until some of you have had the chance to try this for yourselves. i'll post it in a month or so.
