Firstly, I would like to say that I believe in shared dreaming because I have been doing it routinely. Secondly, there are some assumptions you are making that you may not realize. You assume that one lucid person can make another person lucid. This may or may not be true. I have never tried to make a person lucid, nor do I intend to try and do that any time soon, which leads to my second observation about your assumptions.
Just because two people have a shared dream, whether lucid or not, one person may remember it, and the other may not, or both may forget it. This can make it seem like the shared dream did not happen.
Increasing dream recall is key to lucid dreaming. Becoming a regular lucid dreamer makes shared dreaming much easier since you can decide to find someone in a lucid dream.

Once they awake, they must report what the other's code was, and if they are both exactly correct according to the papers, then it's proven.
That is a good idea, except letters and numbers are hard for a lot of people to remember or see in a dream. I know some people can, but for me, not so much. Maybe an image or something would work better. I am not really trying to prove that I can do it. I'd rather people prove it to themselves. That's a lot more fun anyway.
You can check out my and Raven Knight's dream journals to see our shared dreams. Of course, we could be colluding and making it all up, and we could even be the same person. But, then again, couldn't all the people doing the Tasks of the Month be making their dreams up? But then again, aren't all dreams made up?
