Apparently, DNA is also an organic superconductor that can work at normal body temperature, as opposed to artificial superconductors which require extremely low temperatures between 200 and 140°C to function. In addition, all superconductors are able to store light and thus information. This further explains how DNA can store information.

Before I go on, I want to say again I'm no scientist, so a lot of this stuff I'm about to say is based on what i read on those above links. ANd this is also separate from the topic, those links are posted are logical explanations why psychic abilities can exist, etc. This all I'm saying doesn't really have anything to do with what I posted above.

Now this is just wild speculation on my part right here, and I have nothing to back this up besides the links i just posted.

Our universe can bend, like space-time is on one side of the bend, time-space is on the other side.

If thoughts affect DNA..and DNA can super conduct electricity forming a quantum wormhole ( which only one particle can travel through ) ( let's also assume that there is enough positive and negative energy to stabilize this wormhole, which when you wake up you can safely return back in a flash ) .

Let's assume consciousness/or unconsciousness is what travels through the wormhole, until you become lucid. When you travel through this wormhole, it would be faster than the speed of light, like the speed of thought. When you get to the other side of the wormhole, it would be time-space. Space-time inverted.

Everything would look the same as space-time, essentially your not across the universe but moving so fast, that no one in regular space-time can see you. Now your moving at the speed of light ( or speed of thought ). In time-space your essentially existing outside of time and space..because your moving so fast. So fast that you could just stick your hand through a wall. You exist as light. When moving faster than light objects are less dense. At this state, you exist within infinity. Moving at the speed of thought, anything you think is instantly manifested. Because space doesn't exist, well it does but moves as time ( linear ) like in space-time. So there is no set time ( because time exists as space, NON-linear ) when the object would essentially be there. A thought manifests because your thinking of something while your already moving at the speed of light. The reason why it doesn't happen in space-time so fast is because we're moving so slow and time is finite. But the more thought you put into an object or event in space-time, the more it will manifest. Law of attraction.

Time-space is like an inside-out version of our space-time. Everything is inverted. A ‘particle’ here is a ‘wave’ over there, and vice versa. If you try to bring a piece of matter over there into our reality too abruptly, it turns inside-out very quickly and explodes. We would call this ‘anti-matter’ — so in a sense, time-space is the ‘antimatter plane’. Maybe time-space is where dreams and OBE's take place.

I also thought this was REALLY interesting.

On the one hand, matter entering a wormhole adds positive energy which then collapses the wormhole into a black hole, a supermassive region with a gravitational attraction sufficiently intense to prevent even light escaping. [Thus the term, “black hole”. Duh.] This would yield sort of an infinite sink. (As opposed to a “white hole”, where it’s all coming out in the form of an infinite source.)

However, by relying on something called “ghost radiation” (I kid you not), the collapse could be prevented. The ghost radiation is considered negative energy which could offset the positive energy. In addition to quantum theorizing, such effects have now been shown experimentally to exist. In other words, they might actually be real!

The curious part is that adding just the right amount of negative energy could prevent the wormhole from collapse, but that too much ghost radiation and the wormhole could “briefly explode into a new universe that expands at the speed of light, much as astro-physicists [and cosmologists] say that our universe did immediately after the Big Bang.” This apparently is something not considered to be a good thing.

really cool stuff. i always thought that you couldn't travel faster than light. that even thought was slower, but i dont get physics. this sounds pretty trippy and maybe points to the ever so sought after unification theory (strings?) that puts the general relativity of Einstein (used on big stuff like planets) together with quantum mechanics (small stuff like atoms) and finally explaining those pesky small-large black holes. those two models have always conflicted and are unworkable together (without an unification theory) and the universe has to make sense somehow. i love reading how this all relates to thought and how space-time relates to us. thanks for the info.

The sources are certainly not trustworthy and I spotted flaws in what I read, I can't be bothered to point them out though. It wouldn't make a difference anyway.

well if you think about it, everything is created with energy. Even we are all made of energy. That's why we constantly need food to stay alive. It's energy.
Energy was needed to get sperm created, to get that sperm to inseminate, to get fertilization to happen and get the cells to duplicate and create us. This all needs energy. Then we result as human beings with a brain that controls our body and the cycle continues with energy again.

All beings and living things(trees, plants, organic material) on this planet are essentially just sustained/created by energy... so there could be anti/negative energy that exists that creates similar reactions on another plane of existence.

But who knows...

I'm with Scatterbrain on this one. Not very credible throughout.

We still must remember the saying, "the absence of proof is not proof of absence."

There is a significant amount of research by legitimate scientists on consciousness, OBEs and NDEs.

Usually not referenced in Beyond Dreaming though as the conclusions are inconvenient.

Doh! Maybe you want to reconsider that one.

using Einstein and string theory in the same sentence as 'paranormal' is kind of an oxymoron

Based on my physics understanding (MS level, not PhD), I can say fairly confidently that pretty much anything you read that attempts to explain paranormal experiences in terms of scientific principles is gibberish. I believe that paranormal experiences are real, but people who try to explain these experiences in terms of current physics theory are generally either dishonest, bordering on crazy, or don't know what they're talking about and don't know that they don't know. Current physics theory doesn't preclude paranormal experience, but it isn't anywhere near adequate to begin to explain it either. For that reason people who do understand physics generally don't attempt such explanations, so they're not the ones you hear from. I'm not saying that scientific explanations of paranormal experiences will not someday be possible, just that explanations that make use of current ideas like quantum entanglement, wormholes, superconductivity, or other current buzzwords don't make any sense. My suggestion to a non-scientist would just be try to objectively think about how paranormal stuff works and learn about it that way, but forget about trying to 'explain' it using scientific jargon. I also think that some caution is in order - some paranormal stuff has subtle, long term dangers, so if you feel uncomfortable with something, its better not to just blow off that feeling without good reason.
