Best way of inducing prophetic dreams

I try to see meaning in my dreams. To me dreams communicate

Many seem to have a reoccurring theme in one form or another.

With work stressing me out I am trying to get back into meditation again to see if I can gain some form of clarity as to where things are going.

What is the best way to induce prophetic dreaming without alot of preparation??

The beyond dreaming forum. Or, if you're sensitive, the Deep Dreaming forum.

If you just want to learn to lucid dream, then I recommend reading the tutorials and deciding when you can invest the most time (during the day or while falling asleep) and whittle down which induction technique you want to try based on your own strengths and weaknesses.

Hey, welcome to DreamViews. As for your question, I'm not quite sure how you can specifically induce "prophetic" dreams and such, but I can help you out a bit.

Here are some induction techniques that you can use to get lucid:

You can also keep an online Dream Journal here on Dream Views, which can be accessed here:

      Good luck in your endeavors!

I agree Shift. You will likely find more helpful advice on prophecies here, pmartel. moved

I agree that lucid dreaming would be your best bet. Once you're in a stable and lucid dream, you can create an oracle that feels comfortable and believable to you, and ask any questions you want.

You can also try meditating in a lucid dream. I've had huge success meditating into all kinds of altered states while lucid. You can easily drop the limitations of language and ego, freeing yourself to think more creatively and intuitively.

Check out the WILD tutorials people have already provided. If you're familiar with meditation, you should be able to transfer those skills to WILD.
