Thank you so much for the very descriptive and wise post, PQ. So, how does one attempt to induce an "astral travel"? Is it a dream?

      Posquant is right on it.

The reality we are in now vibrates within a certain freqency range within an infinite freqency range.

Astral plane is supposedly a reality that vibrates at a higher freqency range we're in now, matter is less dense and extremely sensitive to thoughts, which is the collective thoughts of millions of people. Which would explain why you could visit places you've never seen or even thought of before.

Google astral plane if you want more information on it. It's basically raising your awareness while quieting the conscious mind. I think maybe when the conscious mind is quiet, we are disconnected from the outside world and thoughts are more powerful, because our conscious mind is limited by our beliefs/shared beliefs.

You'll probally think it's a dream, but what is a dream? It's all in our minds. Everyone's mind is connected, sort of like the internet.

There is a book, "The Golden Dawn", by Israel Regardie. Get it.

It is high white western magic, so well traveled. But still ... handle with care.

      They call it "skrying".

      Here are some other links:

      The red pill, then?

No big secret. It all IS. And we are with it.
