How to not OBE or AP

I believe that Aping and OBE is very likely just going to bring harm onto me. So, what do I do so that I don't AP or OBE by accident?

Generally there's nothing you can do to prevent an accidental OBE, because most OBEs are completely spontaneous. At least 5 and perhaps as many as 35 of every 100 people have had an OBE at least once in their lives (Blackmore, 1982). Source. Unless you're a strong theist or something, and you really believe that your God or what have you will keep it from happening if you pray enough. Some Christians put on the "full armor of God" before bed. Other people do general prayers of blessings before sleeping. If you're a big believer, you can try something like that.

Problem is, I"m not one of "God's Children" Doesn't matter in the least. Invoking the name of Jesus seems to help combat everything from sleep paralysis to alien abductions, even among non believers. I think that has to do with the power of archetypes. Archetypes are what make ld techniques succeed or fail. The more solid or stable the archetype, the greater the chances of success. Jesus is a very stable archetype across all cultures, with very few variations aside from the raptor riding variety. If you can't stop spontaneous OBEs and ever find yourself in trouble, invoking the name of Jesus is worth a try. Other than that, you could do the opposite of things that help with OBEs. Poor diet and lack of exercise, low mental control, develop addictions to booze and drugs, just let yourself become a piece of crap human being. Not worth it in my opinion, stop being such a pussy! To me it sounds like you're experiencing an instinctual fear of the unknown. Educate yourself!
