Premonition???

I rarely dream. Even if I do dream, I always know I'm dreaming and they never last long. last night, however, was the most realistic dream ever. I was in LAX and I was waiting for a plane to arrive with my friends aboard. I watched as the plane came in, but I noticed the plane had trouble slowing. I nudged the person next to me, explaining something's wrong. Suddenly, the plane crashed. There were two survivors, no one else. I remember running in a crying panic throughout the airport, and I saw the date. April 10, 2009. Is this a premonition for a plane crash?

Don't worry, planes and helicopters usually fly oddly or crash in dreams much like cars and other appliances malfunctioning. There are 6 billion people on the planet so it's pretty much a guarantee that every night a certain number of people will dream about a plane crash and those dreams are clearly not premonitions or we would have spotted a correlation by now. Your dream will be no different. Remember, you are not the exception, you are the rule

Is this a premonition for a plane crash? Hello. This is the future. I don't exist yet but don't let that be a distraction. I wanted to tell you that, because I don't exist, I can't exist until I do. This reminds me of a frightening dream I had about 1 year ago. First there was nothing but darkness. Then I heard a voice in the darkness. It was an old womans voice, it was very hoarse and grainy. I didn't hear what she said for most of the dream. But then I saw an image of a young man mowing his lawn. Suddenly the voice said '' 16 september''. Then there was a bright flash and the young man appeared again. But this time he was dead. Hung on a cross with blood dripping down his face. I then woke up. I was worrying for a long time since I had the dream a week before the 16th of september. Nothing happened then though, and I was almost disappointed but I was mostly relieved

Pretty creepy i had dreams about the gory death of my family even all my pets except for my bunny,for three days, then i wake up on the fourth day to find my bunny dead completely random even weirder was that the ive never had a death dream since he died...kinda ironic huh? i read somewhere when someone dies in a dream it means theyll live a long life...something like dreams mean the opposite of what happens? damn now im just confusing myself anyways i wouldnt worry about it just wait an see what happens there isnt much you can do anyways...

From what I know, if you see someone die in a dream and they aren't ill as in severly ill(cancer, etc....), then it's said that they will live a long life. If they are severly ill, then they will die. Harsh but I've had experiences

Oh that's a good sign then. Are they future dates? Yes sometimes. I guess tomorrow we find out huh. No we don't find out tomorrow. We already know today that dreams are not premonitions. If they were, then like I said we would have spotted a correlation and have some degree of statistically significant evidence of the phenomenon. Even if a plane does crash at LAX on April 10th leaving two survivors then in light of my initial post we could not correctly conclude that your dream was a premonition. I've had dreams about pets. My turtle had lost his shell in one of my dreams. I think this was due to me worrying about him, since he's gotten sick before. Maybe you're concerned about your pets and family?

Oh yes, my best friend has dreams I die all the time. I am still here. ( she is a girl so she can get emotional)

my mom has dreams that come true. ever sinse she she was very young. examples are- of her grandma dying (she actually died that very night) of my sister being pregnant and that it was a boy (she called my sister and asked if she was pregnant and she said, i don't know i bought a test but i didn't take it yet! -it was a boy.. but she also pretty much reads peoples minds and all that. i wouldn't say psychic.. but very intuitive.. i don't really get it. BUT my point is that even her dreams that come true they are always somehow related to her.. not just some randome thing happening but a big event.. (a birth a death) and it's a close friend, a relative etc.. possibly the date in your dream was unrelated to the plane. or the plane crashing might be symbolic for say, a tough day? I don't know but i'd be interested to read your post after tomarrow!
