Waking up with wounds?

Has anyone else besides me woken up with scars, bruises, hand prints in impossible areas, or other weird stuff like that?

So I've had that since I was like.... I don't know very little. And one year for Christmas I got a video camera, so I set it up and watched myself sleeping. I figured these wounds were from me sleepwalking or someone playing tricks on me. Well I found out (by multiple video taping experiments) that I don't sleep walk, and the only people near me were barely there. So I guess they were like spirits or something.

Is this odd to anyone else?

i have before gone to sleep and wake up with scratches or marks on my arms or legs and stuff before and not know how it got there, and i know it's no one playing tricks on me and i'm certain i don't sleepwalk BUT.. i could be getting hurt like that during the day or something and not realize it

Crazy... yeah if you have seen the movie I know Who Killed Me with Lindsay Lohan... the part where her leg or arm whatever limb it was gets cut but nothing is cutting it... I get those in my sleep, and on the video camera I could see the wound being formed and it was really freaky

Yeah it has been months for me, but this week I've all of the sudden been having the wounds a lot. So I've been staying awake instead of sleeping so I can see if they only happen when I'm asleep.

you should record it again and see what happens on video again, try to see if they happen at certain times or anything

This have happened to me many times but couldn't it be because you move around alot during sleep?.

So I don't move around in my sleep, unless its right at first and I'm getting comfortable.

And to reply to what Dizko said, I was very skeptical on this subject. I thought it was other people, me sleepwalking, and other things. But when I video taped me sleeping, it didn't work.

As far as experimenting now, I would like to again, but I'm waiting for it to be more than just bruises and red marks. After it starts to cause blood again I'm going to videotape it.

i just replied to 'pain in lucid dreams' in another thread and i was explaining how if i have a violent dream i get a wound where i was attacked in my dream.like one time i was being mauled by a tiger and it bite my arm and i woke up with a cut on my arm where it bite me.ugh i just read it and i can't remember who but, someone said it could be how when people can think themselves well in hospitals and it is probably where if you believe strongly enough about something it will happen.so i thought if i don't think my dream is real and the stuff in it is really happening to me i won't get hurt.

But my dreams are generally happy and I don't really get hurt in them... so it doesn't add up.

and there is nothing near you you can get cut or bruised on?

But incase you didn't read it, no there isn't. I've even tried strapping myself down and stuff. The straps were 100% safe and couldn't harm me in any way. Its weird

you should really start investigating it again

I should, I'm just waiting for it to get a little worse so it will be more visible on camera.

oh true true, does it happen every night? or just different times?

Not every night, I can't sleep every night, lately anyways. But since me in my boyfriend live together, we sleep in the same bed, and for some reason they aren't as ... vivid, (I think that's the right word) when he isn't there is when it happens. I know the reason why for that, but yeah...

strange, well have your boyfriend watch sometime and see if he sees anything

That works. He's hardly ever home and awake though. I'll see if he'll just play on the computer and check on me or something.

Hopefully, maybe we could go ghost hunting and see if that affects it lol

yeah I know.... I'm cheesy like that. But I've always wanted to go ghost hunting.... it seems fun. It wouldn't matter if it was successful or not, I'd just want to go.
