Spirit guides and guardians and other creatures encounters.

Any one encountered guardians and guides? I encounter with them almost everytime I go Astral. And even joking with them . Once I went out of my body and start walking in my room. Then I felt huge warm loving hands holding me from back. So I demanded him to leave me alone and told him that I was aware of what I was doing. So it released, I moved my head to see it.Then it grabbed me preventing me from seeing him. So I imagined that my eyes were on the back of my head. And I saw a huge tall figure infront of me, and he/she was looking down for me. I sensed that it laughed and it was impressed with my ability to control myself and it shrank down and turned into a 16 year old girl. Weird huh? Anyone had similar encounters with them?

Haven't experienced things like that, no...in my lucid dreams I always end up flying though...every time. That's one way I can tell I'm dreaming.

I've only met my dream guide. It was wonderful dream..and I was lucid too. Sadly, I haven't seen much of her since then . I have met her once after but I was quite rude..oops... I hope she comes back.

I am trying to go astral to communicate with my spiritual guides more. I have 3, one is a young girl about 14-16 called Alice, I have spoken to her a few times. The other is a small elderly lady whom I believe is my grandmother and the 3rd is a tall middle age gentleman. I dont yet know his name and would like to talk to him. How do you go astral like that please ?

I don't have a dream guide. And I've had enough lucids that if one such guide existed I think I would have met him or her by now.
