Thread: Mystery of the Crystal Skulls

I'm watching this documentary as we speak. Look for it to come out on youtube pretty soon, catch it on scifi if you can.

If you've heard anything of the 13 crystal skulls, please use this forum to discusss. I'd like to keep this narrowed down to expierences and things you've been told, not speculation.

Yep I watched it too and it just deepens the mystery of the Mayans and makes me want to find out alot more about the Mayans!

I realize this thread is a few days old but Coast to Coast A.M. just tonight had a guy talking about the crystal skulls. Perhaps the Coast to Coast website has some cool links about the subject.

Otherwise, try searching "crystal skulls" on their website and you will most certainly find something.

Most, if not all crystal skulls are certifiably fake, created by 19th century peddlers selling "artifacts" to wealthy Victorians. There is one notable specimen in the British Museum that was lauded as an ancient Mesoamerican artifact, until it was recently discredited.

I really don't like the whole story about the 13 crystal skulls. The entire thing is based not on facts, but rather popular opinion.
