Well, the Astral realm and dream realm are all video games to me. I mean I sleep 8 hours a day so why not game during that? But seriously, Astral is more fun that lucid dreams because it feels more realistic.

I have no experience with AP, so I really wouldn't know, but it sounds to me like AP is all within your head. The things you see and experience are, IMO, all parts of your subconscience manifesting themselves. Perhaps it is the complete opening on one's mind upon itself, not unlike what is done in a waking state by hallucinogens such as LSD.

Just my thoughts FWTW.

I keep heaing stuff about sheilds and these things that want to take your energy... Can I have a better description?
