Is This Astral Projection?

Couple of weeks ago I had a lucid dream where I felt like I was dreaming but I felt like my physical body was moving along with the movements in my dream. It felt like parts of my body were numb and it felt different than others lucid dreams. I was hovering in my dads bedroom while he was asleep. I don;t know if this is astral prjection or not but I didnt't do it intnetionallly. I could see my self in the mirror too and I looked different than I usually do.

I'd say an unintentional OBE. But yeah, you can call it that. Astral projection. 8)

Was your dad's bedroom appear EXACTLY as it truly is? If it was a true O.B.E. your dad's bedroom would appear exactly as it truly is except all the objects in the room would have a luminescent glow to them.

Perhaps you weren't yet fully conscious while projecting. I take for granted the fact that I'm naturally fully conscious while projecting.
