i often have alot of de ja vus where i dream something im doing in the future in a person as my self thru my eyes months before i am acturally there in that scenario any others do this interested in advanceing the technique

Do you keep a dream journal that you verify these experiences with or is the Deja Vu only apparant when you think you're reliving a dream?

only in the moment no journal i heard about it but i sleep in alot of different places sdont always have notebook

Holy long sentances batman... but to answer your question... Everyone is connected to everything and anything... and alot of people have futur sights that they cant explain, but know exactly what it happens when it does. Its just all part of this weird eerie thing called life... and everyone gets atleast 1 premonition atleast once in there life... if they know it or dont. I read an interesting thing however, about when your in the astral planes, you can feel a huge wind rise up and you can be swept into a weird dimension type place, and from there you see a series of things relating to a horrible or outstanding event that is gonna be happening in your life.. I read it on that one other AP site... dang i cant remember its been so long, but yeah, just some kool stuff to think about.

I suspect that what you are experiencing is simply deja vu. There have been scientific studies done on the phenomenon and it seems that this experience is usually stronger in females than males and generally stronger still in the late teens early twenties, with a short resurgence for women around menopause. However, until you test it, you'll never be sure. That's why the dream journal is something you should really consider. Good luck.
