Oh, and also, lucid dreaming and astral projection are not the same thing. Though I've never done an Astral Projection, like I said, my understanding is that you walk around the actual world in it and see yourself sleeping.

Yeah, thats pretty much what it is. There is nothing to be scared of. The only thing that you need to worry of is being bad to someone else, and tempting other bad things to harm you. Astral Projection is entirely natural, we do it every night. Dont be scared of it. If you are still feeling a scare, go and read some peoples experiences. They will help you understand what the Astral is.

Just things like succumbi and incumbi, but really, dont worry about it. They wont hurt you. Since your a guy, dont go to any really hot chicks you see in the ap. Only go to people you know, and you will be safe.

Really though, it isnt dangerous at all unless your looking for trouble.

Also, I'm just curious... why only go to people I know? Meeting fascinating people is one of my favorite parts of lucid dreaming.

I meant only go to people you know that arent spirits masking themselfs as the people you seek. I too tend to visit people that dont know me, and i dont know them physically, but if your careful your fine.

And yes, the Succumbi and Incumbi lure you in to make you have sex with them, and then they suck your energy away.

How do you know who is a real person and who is masked?
And are the people real people from real life like you?

If you do sexual stuff in lucid dreams and just general vivid dreams.. do you think AP is a bad idea then?
