I was in astral planes when I drank two bottles of tussin. It was incredible, I will have to try this.

Lol this is a very old tutorial. It has flaws, and it is hard to actually get in the astral planes. It is easy to get to what they call "Astral Sight" when you do this, though. But to get to the planes you have to still do energy work here or there.

I might try this, sounds good.

I would do this, but for some reason I'm too scared to Astral Project. I tried it once and almost succeeded, but jerked myself awake because I got too freaked out. I don't even know why I'm scared to, I just am.
