      OK some quick help?

      I just now tried to OBE and got to the fast heartbeat and small vibrations... what should i do.. i still see no hypnogogic imagry... please reply quickly so i can try again

      I'd help, but I know practically nothing about OBE. Sounds to me though, you were WILDing.

      Maybe if you take a quick refresher by looking at the MILD/WILD tutorial it might help?

      Or search on the post with all of Rtex's great input.

      i'll help.

      i would suggest you realy try hard realy feel the vibration get lost in the feeling. spread it through out your body. imagine your not in your body then imaginin getting pulled up to the cieling.
