Here im going to post step that would help anyone begin thier path to Enlightenment,
Warning: very long.
I guess the best place to begin is relaxing yourself, this is important. i usually find the following method simple enough:
Relaxing the body:
first off get into a comfortable position, you dont have to sit crossed legged, and lotus position isnt required but it helps alot if you can pull it off. Your back must be relitivly straight, and lying down is not a good idea, it makes the mind clowdy. now that you have a comfortable position, start relaxing breathing. In through your nose, feel the breath relaxing you, out through your mouth, see the stress leaving. bring relaxation to all parts of the body while breathing in the relaxation style, picture the air you breath in reaching all parts of your body and relaxing it, do this slowly, have patience, relaxed? ok now lets move on.
Stilling the thoughts:
now this is much easier said than done, here is a method i use:
first begin by gathering all of your thoughts in your head and see them as a distraction, then see all these thoughts being flushed down a internal vortex into your body witch your not thinking of right now, loose awareness of your body as well as your useless thoughts. now that youve flushed away your distractions, focus your attention on one thing, .........crap i gotta go, finish this post when i get back tonight, peace
