Yes I realize that it isn't going to happen right away, and that it takes time. I think this username might make people think I'm a naive teenager. Or maybe I'm just perceiving what you said the wrong way. I looked at some websites about meditation and did some of the excersizes on a website about OOBE's today. Hopefully I'll improve on this.
