      Thumbs up

There is a lot of difference between waking up, and being woken up.

Waking up seems to give for the best dream recall…

Waking up from dreamless sleep, as opposed to waking up from a dream, also seems to be a factor.

I can recall dreams as "I was just there" right after dreaming, but seldom or never can, when waking up from dreamless sleep. (Then the dreams are more distant, and might be harder to recall.)

I can be in a dream for e.g. 5 days, even though I just dreamt for e.g. 3 hours… (Time is relative.)

And vice versa. (Dream for e.g. 5 minutes, when sleeping e.g. 3 hours…) [No dreamless sleep.]

      Now, What I wanted to type was this;

One is real here? In a real word, in a real universe, etcetera…

      (As it is realized.)

But, are one real in a dream?

I ask this, as I have much experience with "being awake in a dream, knowing I am dreaming!" …

When I lie in by bed, sleeping, breathing, and recreating/reproducing my self… I sometimes can feel my body there, and then stop breathing in the dream, as I get what I need in the body in bed.

Yet, always when I am 'not alone' I seem to be unable to do this. (Can you?)

I am not being clear here, but what I mean is, that it depends on the dreamscape.

Thus I wonder, is this a dreamscape made real?
Are there other "-scapes" like this one? (I seriously think it is.)

"Realize a dream, and wake up? Dream of realization, and sleep for ever more?"
      - …..
I know who I am, as I become...

Alternative realities are merely a variable in the quantum mechanical make up of our existence. The probability that 20 minutes ago, your buddy Jason drove to the store is...

At that same time, there is also probability that he drove the movies.

When will Jason return? 2 hours? or 15 minutes?

What you have to decide, is where your energy is, what existence and plain it exists on. It is possible to become aware of this type of thing, however it is difficult.

Check out my post on this thread. It seems like it might interest you.

There are reading suggestions which I offer, but I will only share that knowledge with those who seek it.

I understand you were meaning on the level of dreams, but the realization of this realm comes from realizing many different things. Spirituality is complicated. (Yet probably not at all)

I've thought about this, and pretty much am at the conclusion that it really doesn't matter. Apparently my physical existence is most important right now else I would not be experiencing it most of the time.

A lot of people will say "high unlikely" - but how do they know? It could just as well be "highly likely" - it's all assumptions.

What I just really want to know is why when the brain is "repairing itself" and "storing information/rearranging information", why are we thrown into a false (or alternate) reality?

Also, if somebody could also me where "dream brain waves" originate from (like what areas of the brain, where they start and where they finish off) - if this has even been proven, I would really, really like to know.
