I'm realy no athority on this...but here I go

If one supposes that, "what was is and shall be", is to be true, then it possible to view the past or the future.
This could happen through inter-dimensional time warping. A time-space warp suggests a perceived discontinuity in time
If we can suppose that what has already happened is in an eternal state of existence, then we may also suppose that one could view any given event throughout eternity. Space-time distortion described in General Relativity can give us some clues as to how one could have a precognitive dream.

Albert Einstein's 1905 paper "On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies", wormholes, and the quantum "omnipresence" of string particles suggests to me that time is motion...the "measuring stick" of time, can then be omnipresent.

Wrinkles in spacetime or wormholes may suggest that the "measuring stick" of time can cross it's own path at any given point. This suggest the possibility that one can view the past or feature at their present moment through dreams, deja vu or some other means.

I have had many dreams I believe to be about the past or feature, some have come to be 75% real within 3 days of the dream. Others have absolute historical backing.

I don't have many answers on how this works or even why it is, I just term it under "experiential-value", meaning I understand it for myself.

Edgar Casey was said to go into a meditative/dream state and then see the feature, heal people and prophecy.

Science is not absolute we have an infinite amount of things yet to be discovered and explained.
