      SCARY DREAMS

Okay... so I am finally getting to express this to dreamers... providing the possibility to get some freakin' answers already! 'Cause these dreams that I have... are way too intense to keep inside and not have understood.

The dreams that I am referring to are SUPER INTENSE. When they happen, they affect my entire next day... sometimes up to weeks and stay in my conciousness for months... shoot, longer than that as I can still recall almost every single one of these NIGHTMARES.

They usually start out very normal. Just a regular dream. Then something peculiar happens in the dream making my conciousness go "HUH?" For instance:

One of the first dreams I had, I was in the back of an ambulance standing up. I wasn't necessarily hurt, nor was anyone else, that I know of. But there were a couple of EMS people in there with me. I look out the back windows and see two bikeriders wave at me as we turn the corner. The look on their faces is what scared me. It was like they were saying, "We are sorry, but, you deserve to die... we know what you've done... and you've come to the end."

And most of these dreams are like this. There's an overwhelming flooding of guilt and then fear. I'll describe one more... this one is more like the ones I keep having:

I was waiting at an elevator... just walked into this building from a night on the town. Everything was cool. The elevator door opens and there is a red-headed woman standing there in a red dress. In her hand is a chain that leads to a pitbull standing at her feet. Both are facing me and looking at me. All of a sudden (!), the floor seemingly drops away from me and I (astrally) sink into the Earth, and I fall away from them. THAT might not seem like a big deal... but it's the FEELING that comes along with it that is!

Have you ever been "scared to death"?? You know, when someone sneaks up behind you and says BOO! really loud... and you feel like you were just so scared you could've died?? Yeah, that's this feeling... except that it lasts for atleast 5 seconds at a time. I think the most that it's lasted has been like 12-15 seconds... which is WAYYYY too much for such an intense feeling of fear.

Has ANYONE ever had one of these types of dreams? Where when this fear hits you... it's like it's saying outloud... really loud: YOU DESERVE TO DIE, THIS IS THE END, YOU ARE GUILTY, DIE NOW.

I guess it's cool if you respond and you have some sort of advice or insight to give... but what I'd really appreciate... is to hear from people who have actually had this type of dream. Wow... it'd be great because then I wouldn't feel so alone in this realm.

      Thank you for reading.

Ive had dreams of intense fear like you described, except I used to get them in Sleep-Paralysis. Used to be like 20 seconds of hell... but they never affected in real life.

Wow... my cousin and good friend used to have those. I think I've actually had one.

I wonder what their purpose is... these dreams. I have a theory:

These dreams pierce a hole in our souls... atleast that's what it feels like to me. That's their job... the demons... the fear. OUR job... is to fill it back with our own light. When I fight back from these dreams... I literally have to fight to survive through my day... otherwise these dreams would stay with me and I'd be depressed and loathing everything all day. So maybe they're there to make us stronger... and to teach us that we can overcome anything... including the deepest darkest fears.

      What do you think?
