ok this is a lil story
i was dreamin i think it was suposed to be a nightmare, i was on ma bed then suddenly i felt a hand holding my head so i look at my closet i couldnt move, then something appear tehre were a message i was so scared that i closed my eyes i didn want to look at it then i suddenly woke up lookin at my closet and i still saw the message on it but it was disapearin like an after image when u look at the sun for too long then u look at the wall
is that normal?

However, it could have just been sleep paralysis with hypnapompic hallucinations that faded as you gained consciousness.
That's what I would bet it was (though i don't know what hypnapompic hallucinations are), and you had the old hag syndrome, where someone grabs you or stands over your bed, and you are paralyzed, causing extreme fear.Quote:
