Thread: Strange experience

Hi, I am a newbie here (see my presentation here: : http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=28168 ).

Here is a dream what I would like to share with you.

I was young, I was living ain a mixed young workers hostel. One night, I dreamed that I was making love with another resident, a beautiful young female who was not really close to me. In the dream, I met here in the stairs of the hostel, and we made love here. Well, it was a dream, so nobody came to disturb us ! A pleasant non lucid dream.

The day after, I met the girl, who seemed a little flustered. She cam toward me, said Hi, and said she had a strange dream, last night, where a man raped her in the stairway! I almost said “I did not rape you”, certainly in my dream it was not a rape! But I was taken aback by the fact we shared a dream, and confused by the fact she has dreamed a rape where in my dream she was consenting. Well, I suppose I was a little coward, here I said nothing, as if I was not concerned by her dream.

Many years after, I still remember this dream and this experience. Do you have any light or opinion, about it? And do you sometimes hare dreams? It was the only time for me.

That's an interesting experience you had with that dream. Of course too bad you didn't have more conversation with that girl back then!!
I don't know what to make of that but maybe you'll get some interesting comments here.

i have an idea.. i'm sure im not right, but its something to think about. that is pretty cool that u shared the same dream to an extent. perhaps this chick was a little bashful to admitt her dream the night before was her having sex she enjoyed. Maybe she felt more comfortable saying she was raped. why? i don't know, but its an idea. so you never know.. maybe that was just her way to share she had the similiar dream.

i like when shared dreams takes place. this is off topic, but i'd like to share. i once had a dream about a guy i havent spoken to in years. the dream was that i was in a snowstorm with him and we kissed. a few days later, he calls me out of nowhere and asked if he can see me. that day the snow came down harder then it had in a long time.. we spent time together that day and kissed, in the snow.. like my dream. it was pretty cool.....
